We are now 3 years out from the first recorded COVID-19 infection, and 2 years out from the first administered COVID-19 vaccine.
Unfortunately, COVID-19 was a mainstay in this year's news cycle. However, alongside stories of the virus mutating to become more infectious were stories of new vaccine developments to combat the latest COVID-19 variants.
