New Hampshire DHHS weekly report shows decline in active COVID-19 cases – WMUR Manchester

New Hampshire health officials are reporting a decline in active COVID-19 cases over the past week.
According to the New Hampshire Health and Human Services weekly report, there are currently 1,069 active cases, down from 1,481 active cases reported on Nov. 10.
There were 840 new cases reported this week, down from 1,217 cases last week.
Health officials also reported 13 additional deaths over the past week, bringing the total of deaths in the state related to COVID-19 to 2,797. Three of those deaths were reported from Wednesday.
In the New Hampshire Hospital Associations’ recent reports, patients testing positive for COVID-19 in hospitals were also slightly declining, but people specifically treated for the virus remained about the same. Thursday’s hospital report has not yet been released.
